Hobart Financial Can Aid Couples

By Rob Sutter

If you have ever gone about retirement planning for yourself, you will know how complicated of a task it can prove to be. This is especially true if you have other factors to consider, such as a family or just a spouse. Even so, the planning process when done alongside someone else can prove to be quite a challenge but it does not have to be. If you want to make this easier on your end, it is in your best interest to look into Hobart Financial.

As Hobart Financial can tell you, there could be a bit of a struggle as far as the couple is concerned. Both parties may have differing views on the matter, whether it is a matter of when to actually start planning or how much money should be put aside for such an event. An article on Fox Business went into detail about this and it's clear that there are many couples that seem to actually delay the process when they shouldn't. As authorities like H.F.G. can tell you, the sooner this is gone about, the better.

Fox Business detailed that one of the other ways to make the process easier for both parties is for them to talk about it. This is a simple move to make, as both individuals can speak about a number of subjects related to their retirement. Keep in mind that more than one discussion may have to be made, since an agreement might not be reached the first time around. However, if this is carried out, at the very least it will display that progress has been made.

Another component that matters tremendously in the way of planning has got to be the larger purchases that a couple can make throughout their life together. For example, a level of preparation is going to be taken when buying a house and the same can be said for any given automobile. What about vacations that are planned ahead of time, no matter where exactly their destinations might be? These assets are ones that matter in the way of retirement and, as a result, should not be ignored.

As one can imagine, many details are going to have to be surveyed if retirement planning is going to be a success. It's important to focus on all of them, seeing as how they will have different costs that can play into the amount of money that is saved later on down the road. As a result, couples have to be on the same page, making sure that every purchase is agreed on. If compromise is seen between the two parties, the planning in question is made much easier.

Two Couples Received Key West Wedding Invitation As A Message In A Bottle

By Peter Estenoz

This just may be the most unique story to tell your friends and family. An older couple living in Florida received Key West wedding invitation as a message in a bottle. They were on the beach when they happened to notice a shiny object wash up on shore. Inside was an invitation specifically addressed to whoever happened to find it, plus one guest.

The message came as a shock but the couple was intrigued by the romance and the whole idea of a party invite being sent in such a way. The date of the ceremony was several months away. There was no way for them to be sure that the invite was legitimate, but they entertained the idea of making the six hundred mile trip to Key West to attend the proposed nuptials.

They couldn't resist the temptation to attend the wedding, so when the day came, they made the long drive to a small chapel in Key West where the event was being held. They were warmly welcomed by the bride and groom when they appeared at the door and displayed their bottle. Everyone was immensely amused and they all wanted to hear the story of where the bottle ended up and how long it took to get there and how the couple had found it.

Apparently, the idea for the invitations were just a promotional thing that their event planner often does for her clients. The event planner was advertising the messages in the bottles as an extra service to be provide alongside the normal or traditional invitations.

Several event planning companies and printers offer "message in a bottle wedding invitations" but they are usually meant as a novelty, not an actual message meant to be thrown into the ocean! They are usually addressed to specific people and sent to the recipients via traditional postage and packaging channels, UPS or FedEx.

However, the bride and groom in this case had the unusual idea of sending real floating invitations. Since the event was an entire year away, it would be interesting to send real messages in real bottles and toss them overboard the cruise ship they were booked to be traveling on soon after their engagement.

On the third night of their cruise, the happy couple made and addressed exactly ten of the unusual wedding invitations and placed them in water-tight bottles. They sent them over the side of the ship and then nearly forgot about them until the day of the ceremony when two strange couples appeared with the bottles. They shared their stories about how they received Key West wedding invitation as a message in a bottle and then joined in the festivities.

Missouri Divorce Court Records

By Ben Kingsley

The state of Missouri is one of the many states that have implemented the Freedom of Information Act. This act mandates the local government to allow its residents to access any of their personal documents. One of the documents they can access is the Missouri Divorce records.

There are several reasons why the residents request for such document. One of the primary reasons is to conduct a background check on the marital status of an individual. This is mostly done by people who are in the dating stage. They check on the marital status of their partners to make sure they are not dating a married individual and if they are separated it was legal. With this, they can avoid problems should they have plans to marry. Genealogy is another use of this document, although it is not as important as other documents, it may create a problem for later generations.

A divorce certificate would contain information about the separation of a couple. One would know the complete names of the couple who got divorced as well as the date and place where the divorce was filed. There are, however, limitations as to what the general public can see. Details such as the reason for the separation are kept away from public access. Information about the custody of the children as well as the asset and property division and alimony are also kept private. This was done since the state of Missouri respects the privacy of its residents.

The Department of Health in Missouri does not issue a copy of a divorce record. Only the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the county where the divorce was filed is where one can request for such document. The state office can help by identifying which county the document can be requested from. A $15 verification fee has to be paid in the state office while a separate processing fee is needed when the request is made at the county office. In order to get a copy of the document, the requesting individual has to fill out the application form in provided in the office. It should contain the personal information of the requesting individual because it will be used to verify their relationship with the divorcees since the document can only be given to the person whose name is on the file and their immediate family. One has to indicate their reason on the application form for obtaining the document.

The state recommends to personally requesting the document at the county office. However if the county is not known, one has to seek help from the office of the Department of Health first. The county office and the state office accepts mail request. If you choose to request the document via mail, all of the required documents and information has to be in the mail order as well as the payment. This can save you the hassle and delay in the request. It can take a few days before the result can be obtained.

Online retrieval of a divorce certificate can now be done. There are websites that allows its users to conduct a free divorce records search. Residents of Missouri still opt to do a paid search because of the quality of the results they can get from it.
