Then she made an investigation about it, she researched and then first called it eye movement desensitization that may be used in PTSD. And in nineteen ninety one she changed it to EMDR.

This technique combined many elements from the other existing psychotherapies, cognitive behavioral, experimental and interpersonal, for instance. Traumatic events will really not be easy for one to manage, but there are several people that you can turn to assist you. On the first phase of the your treatment you will be carefully assessed, including your experiences. Discussion of taking away all of the negative feeling will follow. Hey will set a goal for you.
