For once I can say I'm not in total control as time is moving forward without my approval. It seems like it was just yesterday I was playing in mud and hanging out with my crew of imaginary friends. Then I'm told my sister is getting married? Where did all that time in between flutter away to? So sudden is; my other sister and my mom planning a wedding party to which I'm not even invited to go. I laugh at the fact that I'm still expected to find good wedding party gifts though. I was never a good present giver but this was an important event even if I'm not going. I don't even want to go, I swear.
In order to be a great brother I needed to think hard to figure out what kind of present would be best for this situation. The journey began at the worst place on the planet; the mall. The mall is horrible because everything costs too much, the selection is too poor and the crowds are too overbearing. I'd rather bath in ice cold water for an hour over going to shop at the mall for twenty minutes.
Once I failed terribly at the mall I asked around for a little advice on the matter. And of course no one had any good advice so I went onto my contingency plan; the Internet. I like the Internet more than mall shopping because there are no long lines to wait on and I don't have to interact with the public at all. It is hard though when you don't have any good ideas or direction to take your Internet browsing.
Finally my youngest sister told me about a great idea for a wedding party gift. The site was called I am a stuffed animal. As soon as I saw it I knew instantly that was what I'd be getting for my oldest sibling.
Next time you need to give a gift for any reason whether it be for a birthday, holiday or even a wedding party think about giving a stuffed animal of yourself. They are inexpensive and a great and original idea for anyone who has trouble coming up with presents.
